If a Crewmate has a pet and is murdered by an Impostor, the pet will remain at the location where the Crewmate was killed, but only visible to ghosts and Impostors. Pets respond to the death of a Crewmate in their own unique way. Previously, if an Impostor killed a Crewmate, the kill button displayed the kill cooldown for a second on the screens of other Impostors, as if they had just killed. This is no longer true.
This unique and intriguing anime spin on how you kill other players in Among Us would undoubtedly be a nice break from some of the typical methods of taking someone out, and I'm also quite sure gamers would love to see this or, at the absolute least, be able to personalize their own death animations. I can only think how many corpses there will be when eager participants try out their own Shadow Clone Technique or Luffy's flexible arm slaughter spree on unsuspecting victims. Mactoto, a committed Among Us fan, submitted a video to YouTube a few months ago demonstrating his own perspective on this artistic attempt. The movie includes three distinct murder animations inspired by some of the most well-known horror films, including Poltergeist, It, and Alien. The death animations show a Crewmate being pulled into a television by a ghostly figure, being chopped in two when Pennywise's famed red balloon explodes in its face, and being taken out by a facehugger-chestburster combination in that sequence. For such a simple-looking game with charming, rounded characters, Among Us is rather harsh. Each murder animation has been graded from least to most brutal. Despite Among Us's adorable and simple appearance, the online science fiction game has some fairly terrible murder animations that are often shown when an Impostor is left alone with an unsuspecting Crewmate. There are now just four alternative death animations, but this may change with the upcoming Among Us update, which will address some server difficulties, include a new map, and more. That being said, the Among Us kill animations that are currently available may be rather severe, and this list will rate them from least to most cruel.
