Quelaag may be stunned with the Gargoyle's Halberd or Great Scythe. You must two-hand the weapon and timing your R-1 such that she is immobilized and unable to perform spells. You'll want to charge up to her and assault her human torso. Attacking Quelaag's human body delivers additional damage. Allow your phantoms to assault her incessantly while she is stunned until she dies. As long as you have adequate stamina regen, this is a pretty straightforward way.
It has been noticed that Quelaag's AI gets little unstable while dealing with several adversaries, so don't be scared to bring in an ally.

Hello, I'd like to share my two-month construction of this wonderful sword from my all-time favorite game. It's composed of reclaimed wood, with distortions filled in using wood putty and then painted with a rustic wood stain. This is what I was referring to and utilizing as a template: So I began by sketching a template on a couple A4 papers. That was drawn on wood and then carved out using an electric saw. Above is a foam mock-up of a cleaned blade, called the middle half of a sword. I don't have any photographs of the two more layers that sandwiched the blade and were bonded to it, but here is more clean up and a little scaling to show how large it is. Several close-ups taken while cleaning the blade and spikes on it. It has dried here after being stained with wood stain. And here is the completed sword.

Initially, try to avoid Quelaag so that she may go pursue Maneater Mildred. This enables you to sneak up behind the monster, grab your weapon with both hands, and chop away. Quelaag's firesword is particularly lethal, thus we recommend that you read her swings and roll away from them rather than blocking them. Her stabs, which are sluggish and telegraphed, are the most destructive firesword strikes. Stabs may be used at the finish of a three-hit combination or as a standalone strike. Rolling to either side at the last instant (her stabs track) will keep you safe.
