Godrick is relatively easy to locate if you stick to the game's main story campaign. Simply follow the path through Stormveil Castle until you reach the fog gate, which is guarded by a giant troll and two Exile Knights. A Site of Grace can be found in a secluded cell to the right, outside of Godrick's arena. So, before you go in to face him, make sure you heal and equip yourself.
