Drow were formerly a luxury race. It was made available for free with Update 53. The Drow race, unlike any other, does not employ the normal 32-Point-Build (once you have that unlocked). Furthermore, if you select Drow after a rebirth, you will only get 30 Points on the first genuine reincarnation and 32 Points on each subsequent true reincarnation.
